Singaporean heritage meets a refined, modern touch. Helmed by Chef Ernest Toh, the brand is built on the idea of "home"—bringing the nostalgic Southeast Asian flavors to the table with a level of craft that feels both high-end and incredibly welcoming. It’s about the balance of being intentional and sophisticated without losing that raw, soulful connection to the roots of the food.
For this project, we wanted to show the life within the ingredients themselves. The film is a study of the raw textures and vibrant colors that define the menu—the deep reds of the chilies, the earthy skin of asparagus, and the sound of eating in a restaurant. By highlighting the honesty of the produce, translating the restaurant’s commitment to quality into a story that feels grounded and real. It’s a reminder that the luxury of the meal starts long before it ever hits the table.
